The observatory, located on the 52nd and 53rd floors of the Address Sky View Hotel, offers an unforgettable experience. Take an exciting ride on a panoramic glass elevator to a height of more than 219.5 meters above the ground. Stroll along the 25-meter glass floor and enjoy the breathtaking view of the fabulous skyline of the city and the shining coast. Sky Views Edge Walk is the most exciting attraction in Dubai and the first of its kind in the region. This is the highest walk in the city along the ledge of a skyscraper, at an altitude of more than 219.5 meters above the ground. This walk takes visitors around the outside of the building, without windows or other protective barriers.

The visit time is 2 hours. By purchasing tickets without a transfer, you can stay there from the moment of opening to the moment of closing - if desired.
From 3 years old – an adult ticket. Minors between the ages of 12 and 18 need the personal consent of their parents/guardians. Children under the age of 12 are NOT allowed to walk along the edge and the glass slide. Guests between the ages of 12 and 65 are allowed on the glass slide and a walk along the edge. Guests weighing from 30 to 150 kg are allowed on the glass slide and a walk along the edge.
