Transfer to the hotel and rest

On this day, you will get acquainted with the capital of Oman - the city of Muscat. It is unique in that there are no high-rise buildings on its territory, since the law prohibits building them here. This is a snow-white and, as many say, "sterile" city with a developed infrastructure. You will visit the majestic Sultan Qaboos Mosque, one of the largest and most beautiful in the world. In 2001-2006, it housed the world's largest handmade carpet. Only here you can see a huge chandelier weighing 8 tons, made entirely of Swaroski crystal. After the mosque, we will go to the Royal Muscat Opera House. Its walls are decorated with snow-white sandstone, and the floor is made of the purest white marble. The next point of the route will be the oldest part of Muscat - the Matrah district, where the main seaport of Muscat is located. There are 2 Sultan Qaboos yachts in the bay, one of which is the second largest in the world. In this area, we will visit the traditional Arab market, see the Muscat seaport from the top of the Matrah Fort. The tour will end with a walk around the square overlooking the main residence of Sultan Qaboos - Al Alam. 09-10:00 Sultan Qaboos Mosque is the main active mosque in Muscat, Oman. 10:00 -11:15 Royal Opera House meamp is the main place of musical art and culture in Oman. 11:30-12:30 Matrah Market Oman's traditional market offers a wide range of goods, original local souvenirs such as daggers, plates and beautiful handmade silverware 12:45-13:30 Fort Matrah. The tour involves walking over rough terrain, so it is important to have suitable shoes for a comfortable transition through the rifts on large round pebbles: sneakers or special shoes with non-slip soles, or CROCS-type slippers. Local legends say that a star fell into this place, which formed a funnel and the underwater waters filled it with azure water. Travel time is 2 hours. Next, a visit to the Wadi Shab oasis. You can get to it by boat, which will be waiting upon arrival. After crossing to the other side, you will travel along the Wadi. 40 minutes in one direction. On the route, the walking path will be replaced by a water path, the length of which is 400 meters. Almost all the way you will need to walk on water and only in some places swim to get to a very unusual grotto, inside which you will see an indescribable natural waterfall. The day at turtle Beach will end. We will go in search of these amazing animals that sail to Oman to lay their eggs exactly in the places where they hatched decades ago. This is an indescribable sight and an amazing natural phenomenon that you can see with your own eyes.

At dawn, after breakfast, we will go to the factory of the legendary Dow boats. It is located in the city of Sur, where craftsmen still create branded Omani boats that sail the Gulf of Oman and the Persian Gulf. The next location on our route is the oasis of Wadi Bani Khalid. It is unique in that it is a system of natural pools filled with crystal clear rainwater. It gets here from the underground caves of the local mountains. The beds of the oasis are filled only during heavy rains. You can swim in natural pools, absorbing their energy with your whole body. After an active walk, lunch at an Omani restaurant and the way to meet the fiery sunset in the Wahiba desert, where our hotel is located. The day will start at the ancient market, where you can buy souvenirs, incense, and silver jewelry. This market is famous for selling water from local mountain roses, legendary Omani dates, halva and coffee. After shopping, we will go to the ancient Nizwa fort. Previously, it served as a defensive structure and protected the city from enemies who were always trying to conquer these fertile lands. Next, you will taste national Omani meat and fish dishes at a local restaurant. And to get acquainted with the ancient way of life of the Omani people, we will go to the abandoned village of Al Hamra. It is located in the center of a date grove with mighty palm trees, which are about 100 years old. Strolling through the narrow streets of the village, we will drop into the Sheikh's House, where you will find Arab hospitality and familiarity with the everyday objects of the village people.
